CSI AUTOMATION is a system integrator with a unique dual expertise in industrial automation and renewable energy. This combination allows us to design solar installations that are seamlessly integrated with your existing production systems (SCADA, BMS, gensets) through intelligent energy management (EMS). We have delivered projects in Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria, with a skilled and trained workforce.

Energy Audit & Feasibility Study

Before any project begins, CSI AUTOMATION carries out a comprehensive energy audit of your electrical consumption (load profile, demand curves, power factor). We assess the solar potential of your site (irradiation, shading, orientation) and deliver a techno-economic feasibility study covering ROI, payback period and the levelised cost of solar energy (LCOE).

System Sizing & Detailed Engineering

Based on the audit, our engineers accurately size the peak power (kWp), panel count and type, inverter capacity and — where required — the battery storage system (BESS). We produce full execution drawings (single-line diagrams, layout plans, DC/AC wiring schematics) compliant with IEC standards and local regulations. - Grid-tied systems (On-Grid) with or without feed-in - Hybrid systems (solar + diesel / grid + battery) - Off-grid autonomous systems for remote sites - Ground-mounted plants and rooftop installations (ballasted or fixed)

Equipment Supply & Installation

CSI AUTOMATION handles the sourcing and supply of certified photovoltaic modules (monocrystalline, bifacial), mounting structures (aluminium, hot-dip galvanised steel), string or central inverters, DC/AC protection switchboards, solar cables and all protective devices. Our qualified teams carry out the mechanical and electrical installation in full compliance with best practices and applicable standards.

Supervision & Monitoring (Solar SCADA)

Every installation is equipped with a monitoring system providing real-time visibility of energy production (kWh), instantaneous power, per-string performance, alarms and equipment status. CSI AUTOMATION integrates the following monitoring platforms: - Huawei FusionSolar Portal - SMA Sunny Portal / Sunny Home Manager - SolarEdge Monitoring Platform - Victron VRM Portal - Custom SCADA solutions (Vijeo CITECT, WinCC, PC VUE) with Modbus / SunSpec integration

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

To ensure continuity of supply and maximise self-consumption, CSI AUTOMATION integrates lithium-ion storage systems (LFP, NMC). We size both the energy capacity (kWh) and power rating (kW) according to your load profile and autonomy requirements. Our solutions also cover solar UPS systems for critical loads such as server rooms, operating theatres and telecom equipment.

Commissioning, Testing & Handover

Commissioning is carried out by our engineers following a rigorous procedure: DC insulation resistance tests, polarity checks, string I-V curve measurements, inverter parameter verification (grid protection, anti-islanding), load tests and performance guarantee validation. A full as-built documentation package is handed over to the client upon project acceptance.
