Modicon M258 Replacement & Automation Revamp

Le client suite à un défaut électrique dans l’usine a perdu la communication entre l’automate et le PC de supervision. Lors du diagnostic, nous nous sommes rendus compte que le port Ethernet de la CPU avait été affecté. Nous avons donc proposé un remplacement de l’automate. Le programme automate a été refait et le commissioning a été fait tout en contrôlant la supervision. Le projet intégrait aussi la formation de la maintenance de même que la fourniture des licences de SoMachine.

Modicon M258 Replacement & Automation Revamp

Following an electrical fault in the factory, the client experienced a total communication loss between the PLC and the Supervision PC. During our diagnostic phase, we identified that the CPU's Ethernet port had been damaged by the surge. We therefore recommended and executed a complete PLC replacement. The control program was re-developed, followed by a full commissioning phase to verify seamless integration with the supervision system. The project scope also included maintenance training for the client's team and the supply of SoMachine software licenses.
